I have ran into several problems since taking in my too Lester and heres some ways I have over came them. 1. Unlocking the front door of his cage..solution- I put small very heavy duty magnets that hold the door tightly, so tight he hasnt budged the door open in over a month even if it's not latched. 2. The dumping of water bowl..solution- Heavy duty crock found in the dog section of a pet store. 3.The worst problem is waste and scattering of expensive food..solution- I purchased from pet solutions 2 very heavy duty dome top ceramic feeding bowls $20 well spent. After a day and a half of hissing at these bowls he finally gave into his fear and decided he was hungry enough to check them out. He is now happily eating out of them and  at the end of the day not a single peice of wasted food on the floor around his cage. 4. The dumping of his small morning food dish, when Lesters done with his warm breakfast he would pull the bowl out letting the remaining content fall to the floor and spill. ..solution- locking bowls :) My Too area has become about 90% easier to keep clean now. I am a happy camper..
