I came into this board tonight, thinking only of myself, intending to holler for help. And realized that in my selfishness, I had not read other requests for prayer. Dear Isaiah. There is no pain more cutting than a beloved one being ill and suffering. I pray that our Lord Jesus covers you and your family in his precious blood. I pray that the Lord's will be done to His greater glory. I ask that the Lord show you mercy, tenderness and love. I pray that God comfort you in His infinite wisdom and mercy. I pray that God almighty, all knowing, ever present, shows you the wisdom of His way, though it hurts us carnal folk. I pray for peace and ease of pain for your wife. I pray that she bears the yoke of Jesus...the meek and mild yoke. I pray that the Holy Spirit...the Comforter...is by her side always and holding her up. I pray the love of God, who gave His Son for our sins, fills you and your family continually. Garnet |

Dear Garnett, You are such a blessing to this community. I pray for your request; whatever it might have been. Lord Jesus, please add your many blessings and leadership to this dear one whom you have graciously sent our way. Help her with her every need. Thank you Lord for this dear friend. I pray for bro Isaiah and his dear wife; whom you have blessed me to be personal friends with. Lord may your sweet presence and comfort be with them and their family in these hours. May you lead them in each moment they are faced with. I thank you for this dear families great love and testimony for your glory. Bless this community today and for the future that you might see fit to let us continue this ministry. May it be a light to others and a praise to your glory. In Jesus wonderful name I pray. Jo |

Jo | And when thou prayest, thou shalt not be as the hypocrites are: for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and in the corners of the streets, that they may be seen of men. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward. But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly. (Matthew 6:5,6 KJV) |

1Cor.~~~010:010 | Neither murmur ye, as some of them also murmured, and were destroyed of the destroyer. | 010:011 | Now all these things happened unto them for ensamples: and they are written for our admonition, upon whom the ends of the world are come. | 010:012 | Wherefore let him that thinketh he standeth take heed lest he fall. | 010:013 | There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it. | 010:014 | Wherefore, my dearly beloved, flee from idolatry. | 010:015 | I speak as to wise men; judge ye what I say. | 010:016 | The cup of blessing which we bless, is it not the communion of the blood of Christ? The bread which we break, is it not the communion of the body of Christ? | 010:017 | For we being many are one bread, and one body: for we are all partakers of that one bread. | 010:018 | Behold Israel after the flesh: are not they which eat of the sacrifices partakers of the altar? | 010:019 | What say I then? that the idol is any thing, or that which is offered in sacrifice to idols is any thing? | 010:020 | But I say, that the things which the Gentiles sacrifice, they sacrifice to devils, and not to God: and I would not that ye should have fellowship with devils. | 010:021 | Ye cannot drink the cup of the Lord, and the cup of devils: ye cannot be partakers of the Lord's table, and of the table of devils. | 010:022 | Do we provoke the Lord to jealousy? are we stronger than he? | 010:023 | All things are lawful for me, but all things are not expedient: all things are lawful for me, but all things edify not. | 010:024 | Let no man seek his own, but every man another's wealth. | 010:025 | Whatsoever is sold in the shambles, that eat, asking no question for conscience sake: | 010:026 | For the earth is the Lord's, and the fulness thereof. | 010:027 | If any of them that believe not bid you to a feast, and ye be disposed to go; whatsoever is set before you, eat, asking no question for conscience sake. | 010:028 | But if any man say unto you, This is offered in sacrifice unto idols, eat not for his sake that shewed it, and for conscience sake: for the earth is the Lord's, and the fulness thereof: | 010:029 | Conscience, I say, not thine own, but of the other: for why is my liberty judged of another man's conscience? | 010:030 | For if I by grace be a partaker, why am I evil spoken of for that for which I give thanks? | 010:031 | Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God. | 010:032 | Give none offence, neither to the Jews, nor to the Gentiles, nor to the church of God: | 010:033 | Even as I please all men in all things, not seeking mine own profit, but the profit of many, that they may be saved. | |

) Do not speak evil of any members. You may attack their issues within the Debating Board, but this does not give you the liberty to attack their person. The above statement is copied from Richard's board. I ask you, Richard, why you tell your members not to attack other members; yet in the above thread, you had to get ugly at me for writting a prayer for some of our members. You had a community, of which I once joined, which was made up of just prayers of this kind. So, how is it now considered evil for me to pray on the board???? You had a whole board of prayers. Surely, you know nothing of Christianity. Just because you hate the Baptism of the Holy Ghost according to the KJV SCRITPURES, which you claim to believe, doen't give you any reason to come here slandering me and this community. That is all you have ever done since you joined here. God will bring you into judgment for fighting His truth the way you do. That old ugly Baptist spirit will send you and all others who hold to their lies to hell. They hate the true Holy Ghost as much it has poisioned them. I know; I was raised by them. But my God gloriously rescued me from their lies. Jo |
