Pain Chart
Please note that this is a sample only of one person's pain chart.
You are welcome to use it as a guide to make a chart for yourself, to keep record of your pain levels.
We don't all feel pain the same way, and it really is important to adjust the chart to fit your pain.
1. No pain
2. Regular aches and pains
3. Pain is distracting
4. Pain is distracting, must medicate
5. Pain is very bad, cannot concentrate on anything
6. Extreme pain, must lie down, cannot function
7. Pain is pretty extreme, pretty much confined to bed 8. Post Op type pain, where nothing really touches it
9. Post Op exercise
10. Extreme suffering, cannot stop screaming
