E-mail Settings              

 To stop the messages from being delivered to your e-mail inbox, do the following.

Come to the Dealing With Chronic Pain Site.

Go to  Members Tools.  
This is located at the very
bottom of the page, on the left, as shown below. 
 
1. Click on "Members Tools", 
and the "Member Tools" page  will come
up. 
2. Choose   "Check your E Mail Settings"
and click on that one. 
 
A page will come up with
E-Mail settings, in red at the top.
 
Scroll down until you see MESSAGES.
"Inbox" and "Daily digest" should be left unchecked (No . dot) and the last one,
"On the Web" should have a dot .  in it. as seen below.
 
 
Next, scroll down to Group Reports, and check off "Never". 
The last one, Email Preference there are two
Text only and HTML. 
Text only will be plain message's without pictures. (Slower computers may prefer that.)
 Click "Save Changes".
