Here's a sample graph of a months worth of pain data.  This is the kind of thing your doctors love to see.  In this you can see I had on OK November, with pain levels generally manageble and only one spike of bad pain at the beginning of the month and again in the middle of the month.  Otherwise I sort of seesaw back and forth between a 4 and a 5 most days.
