I hope someone here can help me! I haven't been able to get into any msn chats since February. What's worse is this is a new computer and it still won't. After a long delay in chatroom I get message "Network problems are preventing you from connecting to chat" I've done all suggestions, deleted chat control, cookies, folders, history, with no results. Has anyone else here had this problem? How did you fix it?
One thing I did notice is on properties for my isp, when I attempt to "install client for msn network" I get a message that the network driver needs to be installed??!!! I suspect that might be the whole problem. But not sure...appreciate any advice.
