Sometimes your computer may
seem to be taking a long time
to open pages and run very slowly.
It could be a simple matter of giving
it a good housekeeping. Ask
yourself these questions.
Do you delete cookies and
temp. internet files and clear
history, and defrag your hard drive?
Do you have a program like
Spy Sweeper or Ad Aware
to remove spyware off your pc?
Spyware gets picked up on the
internet off commercial sites,
it is very common but you can
easily get rid of it with one of the
2 programs I mentioned.
There are other programs, but I
personally have used these 2 so can
recomend them. They are free to
download the Home version off
