Hi Shy! I wear a elastic back support from Wal-Mart for $20.00! But I had to buy 2 supports and cut off the extra straps! Then I cut off one end of the velcro from one back support, and had an alterations person sew the extra length onto the other support so it fits my waist! For me it is a miracle and I even wrote the manufacturer to praise their product. I wear mine 24-7 and it conforms so well, I rarely notice I am wearing it. If someone does see it under my t-shirt I could care less because it keeps 90% of my back pain away! It you put it on too tight, your kidneys will tell you, lol! If it is too loose it will not stay in place. When it is just right, believe me you will know it! I have had to wear a back support since 1988. Without it, I don't know how I could endure the back pain, 24 hours a day! Here is my back support: This support lasts years before I have to replace it. I hope your pain will give you a break now and then. Raymond. |

Hi Again: I used to be plagued with muscle spasms for years, and then one day they just sort of subsided. Now I do not get them unless I really do something that strains my back! I used to get a muscle spasm once a month that mimiced those shock paddles thet make the entire body jump, lol! My entire body would rise off my bed and drop me back down, waking me up, lol! Now though, it is just lower back pain and my IBS tummy that bother me. Raymond. |
