This is my first attampt growing sweet peas. Do the have to use string to support it? What is its growing habit? |

Hi Hannah, I am new to the group. If you are able to get a frame built over the area that you have the sweetpeas and put a large type of wire netting up the frame and then as the sweet peas grow you can carefully weave them in and out of the wire netting until they reach the top. I hope this is helpful to you. I cant remember what the growing habits are but at least i could help you with how to get them to climb from Funkymonkey/Misha |
