Spring has sprung down south and someone mentioned yellow crooked neck squash. I make pickled squash that is so hmmm good. If anyone would like the reciepe I'd be glad to post it. It's easy simple and fast and does taste so good. In fact this is how I started eating squash before that I wouldn't touch it. We grow it in the spring/summer so I can make jars of it. I have to make many as so many find out I've made it and they come and get it and beg for more. Not braggin just the reciepe is so good and it's so simple. Maybe we ought to have a receipe board were we could exchange various reciepes of our favorite family dishes. Hope all are having a great pain-less week-end.
