This morning my kids went nuts!  From "don't bug me, I'm asleep" to up, dressed, hollaring and outside like a fart in the wind took all of 30 seconds when I announced it was snowing.  In all actuality thus far it has been a few flakes hither and thither sprinkled amongst the rain drops but as far as my kids are conserned it's snow.

The temperature has dropped, barametric pressure has fallen and I feel like a train wreck.  None the less, how could I resist heading outside to rejoice with my daughters.  We did the happy dance, shin dig boogaloo, and laughed wildly.

So, a fist full of pills, a hot soak and I'm off to see my parents.  It's 110 miles each way and with the storm my dear Mother is convinced I'm doomed for sure.  "Sheesh mom.  I'm all growed up now!" (physically anyway )

I'll load the CD player, fill the tank, get the munchies and off I go.

Adam

YAHOO !!!  I am also in Utah just a little further North and we have about 4 inches and it is falling heavily right now.   Even sticking to the streets.  It was 80 degrees last week and finally snow.  I could do this all year.  I actually do better in the cold.  Hope everyone is well, love grama deb

You sound like my friend Thundur, Mr. Man, and he's near Ottawa, too. He hates snow so bad, he won't even write the word; he refers to it as "wons". HAHAHA Cheer up, Adam's surrounded by mountains; stands to reason they'll get snow sooner than you will. He's in Utah. I think you have a little time yet. But not much! MWAHAHAHA!
