Lord as this day begins I lay the hearts and minds of our group on your altar. I ask that You calm the waves of worry and stress and restore the calm seas of faith. I ask that You replace the confusion with the renewal of the faith and energy that has brought this group thus far. I ask that You reunite the members in determination that will see all things thru to the end and make it another testimony to the love contained within this group.
Lord touch each member no matter how near or far and tend to the needs of each individual. Hear each prayer, heal each heart, and repair each body as is Your will. Open those doors that need to be opened, close those doors that are better not entered. Lay blessings down before each footstep and lift the burdens from each shoulder. Dry those tears that are shed and refill each cup that is empty. Bind each tongue that would bring pain and let loose all spirits which will bring joy.
Lord I ask too that You guide this group to a place that it will continue to bring love, hope and faith to those in need. I ask that you bring this group to a place where the membership will continue to fellowship together and thrive and prove over and over that Love, Hope, and Prayer results in miracles! Lord you said that if we ask, that it shall be given if it is Your will and we are asking. In Jesus' name we pray Amen!
