well the good news is that the mass on the back of my head is gone... completely gone.... the Dr was shocked... my parent's say it's the power of prayer.... whatever it is .... it's gone.... I thank all of you who kept praying... your prayers certainly helped....

now the bad news... I have the beginning stages of glaucoma... apparently highly treatable.. so that's good... but still there....

the quitting smoking.... not so good... I can't give up the morning ones yet.... arghhh.... it looks as though I might have to try Zyban...

I got new glasses today... they look spiffy... so I'm going to take myself out for a haircut tomorrow... I have to do something with this mop of mine...

but thanks again for your good thoughts and prayers... and know that I pray for you all daily... and especially for LKYSC......

Carol

Carol, that is great news! I am very relieved for you. The glaucoma isn't good, but at least it is highly treatable. I guess you will be putting drops in right?
I'm glad you got new specs and are getting your hair done. When you look good, it makes ya feel good doesn't it?
I loved your spiky pink hair back in the day! You looked really good with that style IMO.
I hope this font is big enough, I am using Mozilla and don't know how to enlarge it.

Glad to hear the 'good news', Carol.  At least the glaucoma is treatable.....that's good news, too.  So guess all your news is 'good'....lol.

Take care....and hope the drops help with the glaucoma....and quickly too.  Let us know how things are going for you, Carol.
Hugz,
Dee

<Dan moves Carol over to the "Thank you, Lord." side of the prayer list>

I love to do that...

Keep working on the cigs, hon.  It will happen when you find a different AM routine.  Like, I started to exercise in the AM before breakfast.  It's helped me function without that first cup of coffee for a good hour now.  LOL

Hugs and lots of love,

Dan

PS.  It's actually my only cup of coffee.  but I do have to have that one cup in the AM.
