I suspect she's using this time to "edit" your file and remove any notes she may have made referring to you as a drug addict or something of that nature. She's probably re-dictating pages and having them replaced; I'd bet money on it. Try to get your records in person as soon as possible; don't give her the chance. Bet you meet with massive resistance!
