Thank you everyone for getting back to me on this Ambien Cr question.  The ones I'm on are straight Ambien and the doctor wants me to use one of my xanax just for now while the panic attacks are out of control.  I have did as he said but with only 1/2 of xanax just don't care to much for that pill.  As for the panic attacks tho knocks them right out.  Well thanks again for all the help and guess we will be moving soon 2/09 is almost upon us.
