Kaila, Tomcat has said it best. You do have a right to your medical records. Some office will charge you by the page for these. Sometimes the best things come in small packages. Apparently she was not as she said, compassionate. Now you have the opportunity to find someone who does fit that bill. Your Internist can update meds prescribed by your pain doctor in the interim for you if you talk with her about this. Be honest and forthcoming about everything when you talk with your Internist.
