Welcome to the group, Angel.    You've found a group of people who know what you're going through.  Most of us have had the same problems with doctors at one time or another.

Couple of questions...  First, what part of the country are you in?  Wait.  You said you were in Virginia, right?  East coast.  Figures.  And that's really close to Washington.  You can thank John Ashcroft and his war on Drugs for that attitude against drugs for treating pain.  Things got noticably worse after he took office, though truth be told, they were no picnic under the previous administration.  Washington is worried we will get addicted to our pain killers.  Well La Tee Daa.  Idiots!!!

They don't know the difference between addiction and dependence.  We're doing out best to educate them.  But it's slow.  They don't seem to be too bright.

Anyway, we all understand.  That's what's important.

Oh, yeah.  I almost forgot to tell you.  I'm Dan, one of the managers.

Over on the left is a lot of information about Chronic pain .  Let us know if you have any questions.

Welcome again. ]

Hugs and lots of love,

Dan
