Welcome Angel.
I just noticed you posted your bio, I am sorry about the hard time you are having getting treatment for your pain.  Have you had physio therepy at all?  How long have your disc been herniated?  Were you told to rest until they healed?
I'll post a welcome over on general so the members will be aware you have joined us.
My oldest son has mild  Spina Bifida and Scheurmmans Disease.
