My new pain doctor has prescribed Cesamet .5 mg to help with pain and to help me sleep.  I have not tried it yet, has anyone here taken it, and is so, did it help?

I took a Cesamet capsule instead of a sleeping pill last night.  I did fall asleep, but have been sort of dizzy all day.  Dizziness is a side effect.
They did nothing to help my pain.

I've never tried it.  But sleep is very important.  So if the dizzyness goes away, and this helps you sleep, it could be a very important drug in helping combat many of the side effects of chronic pain.  Lack of sleep is one of them and it's an important one, as it leads to many other problems.

Lots of love and healing hugs,

Dan
