Welcome to the group Barefoot!  I am so sorry that chronic pain is what brought you here however.  You will find a caring group of friends here that understand what it is like to live every day in pain.  Our problems may differ but our common link is pain.

I see that Hannah has already given you alot of places that you can contact and try to get help from.  It sounds like the doctors haven't given you an "official diagnosis" yet?  Just assuming it's some sort of residual pain from the infection you had?  I used to type transcription for a urologist and he treated alot of men for epididymitis but none had any residual problems such as you speak of.  I assume you are being treated by a urologist there in Canada?  Is there any way possible that you could come to the US to see a doctor here?  Perhaps to one of our research hospitals or some place such as the Mayo Clinic?  You certainly wouldn't be waiting 6 months for an appointment.  I'll do a bit of research and see if I can find any info about it.  If I can, I'll let you know.

Again, welcome to our family.  Please feel free to vent here if you feel the need.  (We all do it occasionally :)  )
Or if you just need us to pray for you, we do that too.
Welcome Barefoot.
