Friendly Thoughts

In thoughts--I often visit you
And we share a laugh--or two
And  talk of things we both hold dear
Like memories--both  old  and new.

We share our  heartaches, and our joys,
Cause that's what friends  are for.
Knowing  we can be  "ourselves"
To  hearts  with an  "open door".

Advice is free, and its meant to be
A caring  gesture of  love.
With never a judgment for our mistakes,
But a haven from life's push and shove.

Though time and miles stretch between us.
With contentment, I've found what I sought.
As I smile---and sigh in remembering.
My visits to you----in a thought.

That is truly what a friend is, someone you can share all you thoughts and their thoughts as well. Help each other when need, maybe to just get through a day. Have a great day my friend.

Hi, Little Angel.  Gosh it's been a month of Sundays since we've seen you. Where have you been?  How have you been.  How are you?  How are things?

It's sure good to see you back.  I hope you're doing well and this doesn't mean you're having problems.

Yes, that's a very nice poem.

Love and healing hugs,

Dan

I Suggest using one of the relational search engines (www.ask.com is very good) to get some information on spinal column structure.  That will answer your question on the difference between a ruptured and bulging disc.  Obviously, a ruptured disc is much worse than one which is only bulging.

Normally a bulging disc can be fixed with rest and specifically designed exercises, aimed for the specific disc that's in trouble.

As for addiction, there's really no need to be concerned about that as long as you're taking narcotics for real pain.  When the pain goes away you'll be able to taper off the narcotics easily.  You're not taking them to get hight.  You're taking them for pain.  There's a big difference.  So unless you have an addictive personality (i.e. do you drink too much, smoke a lot, take other drugs?) then I wouldn't have a whit of concern about taking your narcotics for pain.

Healing hugs and lots of love,

Dan
