Have you ever heard of KettleBelles? My son ordered one for him and two for me. He got me some lower weight ones to build up to. Its a great form of strengthing your body all over. It may not look oit but it works. He is my "personal trainer" and trying to make sure I get back in shape. He taught me many things to do with it to work on my body overall. I have to build up slower as to not over do it. I like the look of the Kettlebell. Reminds me of a teapot almost. LOL!!

Penny- If you can't get the link to work you can just Google it for Kettlebelle.

It does look like a kettle and it does look like WORK!
I think I would want a 30 pounder.
Is there only the exercise shown or is there a series of workouts?

Never heard of them before.  After watching how it was demonstrated, I think I would have to check with my neuro to make sure that it would not do anything to my wiring!
