Still working at getting all the inches and pounds off. Slow but steady wins the race. To date I have lost 24in. and 13lbs. Almost there. If I can do it so can you keep up the good work everyone. Lets rack up those numbers.

I have been going up and down for so long that now I am trying to really be focus. I have a calendar on my wall that is dedicated to posting my inches and lbs lost. To help me stay on the band wagon because I look forward to my progess and actually achieving what I know I can do.
