Ok, i lost 6 1/2 pounds in my first week and another 5 lbs today, 11 1/2 lbs altogether. I'm the slimmer of the week and month . Not bad considering i've only been going  2 weeks

did try posting yesterday but it was taking ages to get a reply box up. Hadn't been to SW last week due to Emily being in hospital Monday to Friday but i..............lost another 6lbs  so i'm 2lbs off my 2 stone award in 8  weeks yayyyy
