  Serves: 4   Ingredients   12 ounces silken tofu, firm  2 bananas  1/3 cup skim or soy milk  1/3 cup SPLENDA®  1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
   Preparation   - Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend on high speed until smooth. Pour into 4 individual dessert glasses and refrigerate until ready to serve.  
 - Optional toppings: Light whipped cream, fresh berries, ground cinnamon.
