The Search for True Love an exercise to find your True Love This can be used as a meditation, a daily affirmation, a prayer, and/or as part of a love spell. I used this as part of a love spell & 6 months later, I met my husband. Now keep in mind that even when you meet your love, you still are human & each have your own issues & life lessons to work out, & your love may be on a different spiritual path then you are. My husband & I have worked through a lot of issues & had a lot of obstacles in our way when we first got together which I believe were part of our lessons in this life brought from our past lives....we definately knew each other in several past lives. When we first met we were taken aback by all the things we had in common & thoughts & ideas that we shared on certain subjects, & felt we had known each other already in some other time. To truly love another, you must first love thyself! First, what you do is Make a list of 10 qualities you would cherish in your perfect mate. Now these are not physical qualities, but rather the "idea" or "feeling" of being with this wonderful person. DO NOT PICTURE OR ENVISION A SPECIFIC PERSON THAT YOU ALREADY KNOW IN THIS LIFE. THIS IS CRUCIAL FOR THIS TO WORK PROPERLY!!!!!!!!!!! You must clear your mind of thoughts & just imagine your "dream mate" as a shadow with no features....all you can "see" of this person is their inner being,...what it would FEEL like to be with them. Get a piece of paper & write down these qualities as you think of them....just write down whatever pops into your head first. Then go back & concentrate on what you think you meant by these words & try to categorize them. You will end up condensing some of these words in to an all-encompassing word to describe several words in one. For example: some words you might have written down may be.. loyalty, devotion, fidelity sweetheart, kind, generous charming, captivating, passionate adoring, loving, romantic Notice how the 3 words in each group basically mean the same thing. You can narrow down the words by picking ONE of the words to represent the others. Whichever one feels right to you. After you finish your list, you have created your ideal mate & should be able to imagine what life would be like with this person in spirit. Concentrate on this feeling & at this point is where you pray for them to be sent to you in a ritual that fits to your beliefs...you may set aside a time to do a daily affirmation or prayer to have them enter your life when the time is right for both of you. You may focus on this in a meditation exercise...and/ or you may use this as an added bonus to a love spell. May I repeat as this is very important... DO NOT PICTURE OR ENVISION A SPECIFIC PERSON THAT YOU ALREADY KNOW IN THIS LIFE. THIS IS CRUCIAL FOR THIS TO WORK PROPERLY!!!!!!!!!!! If you use this as a meditation: First see: A Basic Meditation or use your own. When you feel relaxed and ready to work on your exercise, continue with your meditation focusing on your goal..... Envision your perfect mate with the 10 qualities you have compiled, the essence of this person....feel yourself with them, see your spirits being intertwined in a spiral of unconditional love. You may meditate on when, where, & how you will meet this person if you desire. Remember to thank your guides & send them love & light when you are finished. With a love spell: You may use your own favorite love spell, but...the best way is to make your own. Here are some correspondances for love: COLORS:
