On  February 15 I am going to the hospital for my surgery. I have been waiting for this during 7 years and now I feel I could as well skip it. Anyhow I will go and let the surgeon fix it. After I hope I will not have that pain in my foot anymore and also that I will be able to find shoes for myself.         Maikki     |

Maikki 7 years is a long long time to wait for any surgery, especially concerning the feet.  Exactly what will they be doing to your feet, Maikki?     New shoes...now that would be great.     I sure wish you luck with your surgery dearest Maikki.        ((Huggers)))     Maggie |

The surgeon will straighten up my foot putting a nail through the heal and the ankle - something similar to a horse... (just joking). I will have a plaster cast during three months keeping my leg in a high position. Most of all I hope to be able to go out very soon because I can't stand out being locked within four walls for so long.      This might be the last time on net before I go.     Maikki      |

Dearest Maikki,  It is the evening before your operation.  You mention the surgery is similar to one for a horse!!! LOL!!  You are probably already in Hospital, or will be first thing in the morning.  I will be thinking of you.  Hugs from Bren.      |
