Numerology   Numerology is a form of divination using numbers, and is most commonly used for determining personality types and compatibility. To do this the name of a person is given a numerical value, the name being the one that they are known as but not necessarily the same as their given name. Each letter is given a value using the system A=1, up to I=9, after that the letters start at J=1. See the table below.    1   2   3   4   5   6   7  8  9   A  B  C  D  E  F  G  H  I  J  K  L  M  N  O  P  Q R  S  T  U  V  W  X  Y  Z     These numbers are then added together and where a result equals a number over 9, the digits are added together until a number with the value of 9 or less is achieved. Example; if the persons name was "Harry" the numbers added together would be 34, so we then take the 3 and the 4 and add them together, giving us     3 + 4 = 7, so the number 7 is their numerical value.   The basic values of each number is as follows:    1   The Sun, Creation, Intellect, Ambition, Strong Ego, Leadership.  2   Horned God, Duality, The Female, Adaptability, Consideration, Diplomacy. 3   The Tripple Goddess, Fertility, Optimism, Inspiration, Imagination. 4   The Elements, The Seasons, Employment, The Physical Realm, Service, Patience, Endurance. 5   The Pentacle, Male and Female Combined, Versatility, Adventure, Variety. 6   Wholeness, Domesticity, Responsible, Balanced. 7   The Moon, Wisdom, Knowledge, Introspective, Technical, Trusting. 8   Justice, The Law, Business, Materialistic, Organizing, Practical.  9   Magic, Spirituality, Compassionate, Artistic, Romantic.  The Number 10 is thought by some to be unreadable, or to indicate that the information should remain hidden.
