This final line is also your title and should in some way sum up your subject or primary meaning of the poem. There is no set meter, but try to use iambic if you can, where you can, as an additional challenge.
Example:
HEARTS ENTWINED
Follow me 'Neath air and o'er the sea Find the path, we will, to heaven's gate
Is it our lot in life, the cruel hands of fate Should strive to drive apart our hearts, our love negate? I cannot accept that, love of mine
You and I throughout time Hearts entwined
