Gypsys' Dance
We lie together
in the dawn
watching the sun rise
light up the world
in pink and red hues
This great big world
goes spinning round
We sleep and dream
the day away
Two gypsys dance a whirlwind
stirring up the milky way
We lie together watching stars
twinkling in the twilight
We'd been everywhere
sailing the Mediterranean
We've seen the ruins
thinking ancient thoughts
Empires rose and fell
in history books
Lovers in the sultry air
breathe the warm sea breeze
whispering of pharohs and queens
An aqua blue sea
A white beach
Two gypsys dance a whirlwind
stirring up the cosmos
We watch the stars fall
their tails fiery
We laugh and kiss
holding one another tight
in torrid excitation
This great big world
goes spinning round
We capture history
as two lovers conjoining
Our gypsy hearts are beating
dancing in constant motion
as we listen to the spheres
The stars are disappearing
The silver light is fading
