Lovebirds nestled close
Feeling each other's heartbeat
'Til one flies away

This is bittersweet but so beautiful, at least for a little while. Isn't it always the moment? And then it changes. Such is life. Hugs Dale |

Hi Sassy, Simple and sweet ...a swirl of nature's honesty swept through my heart with a flitting of regret at the thought of love's departure. To me, this is what makes haiku great! An emotional journey with so few words. The tender image of the love birds is enough to evoke emotion, alone. Just lovely Sassy! Love and Hugs, Mindy :-) |

When we forget ourselves, love stays close. When we only think of ourselves, love flies away. Fine write....Lin |
