Hi Polly,

Im sorry i havnt responded sooner but didnt get chance to come here yesterday as kids on hols now.

I managed to lie down for a short while sunday as my son didnt sleep as long as id hoped in his afternoon nap lol. My hands got very warm and i saw the colours green and yellow?  That evening i had a good cry lol was that supposed to happen? Felt better monday.

its ok when i went back to read the rading it came up.
