It's not a bother at all, I love making tags for you because you're so appreciative! Is this ok? 
I also have this one, I think it's the one you were talking about...I didn't save a template for it when I made it but if you'd like one, I'd happily make you a similar one...the pictures I used are the same (they're such great pics!) but the tag itself is different... Also, I made this for you a couple of weeks ago but kept forgetting to post it for you...hope you like it!
