A few months ago I saw a table sander called the sand flea in one of the scrollsaw magazines can anyone tell me witch one it was in I can't find it.

There's an article in issue #16 of "Scroll Saw Work Shop" on the Sand-Flee Tabletop Sander.  I believe that's the current issue of SSW.

$600.00 is a lot of money for a sander that looks like you could make yourself.  Pretty expensive sanding.

You could make it yourself, but it would be more time than $600 worth to get it right. Looks like an interesting tool.

bought one last year at PA. Picnic. (was $350.00 or $250 if you had your own motor) can put three different grits of paper on at same time...very time saving and works great...especially on small pieces...three people in my group have them after using mine.

Went to the web site mentioned and they were asking 599.99 for it.  I wonder if the price you received is available anywhere else?
