FYI: CCC stands for Customer Care Calls.
These CCC can INCLUDE:

Big MACs (Morning After [Show] Calls) = 24-48 hrs after or even BEFORE SHOW CLOSES WITHIN a WEEK!! Just a way of expressing your gratitude for their purchase @ Suzy Hostess' Show & if there's anything else we could ever do for them please feel free to contact me sorta call!!! 
OBCs (Out of the Box Calls) = within 30 days of SHIP DATE to ask 1st of all IF THEY'VE TAKEN THEIR PRODUCTS OUT OF THEIR BOXES & have used them yet??? Ask how things are coming w/their products & if they have any questions. 2. The FIRST PERSON to post a reply to this thread will post the NUMBER of CCCalls they've made so far that day.
        eg: 0 + 3 CCC = 3 CCC
        MY RESULTS: 1 Booking + 2 Orders
 
3. The NEXT PERSON to post a reply to this thread will ADD TO the PREVIOUS poster's NUMBER of CCCalls made so far. We will be keeping a Rolling Total.
        eg: 3 CCC + 2 CCC = 5 CCC
        MY RESULTS: 2 CCC=1 Booking + 1 e-Mail Addy for Newsletter
 
4. THE CHALLENGE comes in the form of ALL of us trying to BEAT the CCC Challenge ALL TIME HIGHEST GRAND TOTAL!!

Had my soon-2B-7-yr-old-in-a-few-days son's bday over the weekend to prepare for & haven't been as active on the phone as I normally would be.  Well, today is little better BUT I DID manage to squeeze in one little call, so.....
