I'm interested in a .380, preferrably a Markarov, used. Just between us, will travel reasonable distance for transaction. If you have one and live within 500 miles of Phoenix, AZ, please e-mail me at [email protected] and we can talk. Thanks! |

actually, the Makarov is a 9x18, which is just a tad hotter than a .380, great gun though, if I had two of em, I might just sell ya one, lol. Seems they aren't as plentiful as they were a few years ago when I bought mine though. Good pistols. |

Try J&G Sales, 440 Miller valley road Prescott az.86301 phone 928-445-9650. They are open8am to 5;30pm your time. From their add in the shotgun news they have all kinds of goodies. and I know I have seen Mackarovs there in the past. |

Thanks y'all, but I want the transaction to be personal. I have nada to hide, but I am a firm believer in what I do is my business, not the governments! |

A Makarov is my first choice, but will go with anything from a HiPoint to whatever, as long as it's a .380. |

Tony, I checked out that link and forwarded it to my bud, Master Guns, for his thoughts. I did want a .380, but may have to settle for a 9x18. Thanks! |

Larry, the Makarov is as old as I am. I guess there aren't many of us ol' war cats around! LOL |

I may regret this at a later date, but for now, I would be willing to trade my Taurus Tracker Model 627 .357magnum with 4 inch barrel for a good used Makarov (.380 if you have it, 9x18 if not). I no longer wish to collect guns, just want to consolidate to long gun ('Nonie') and carry (the Makarov). My .357 was just for show and shooting at the range anyway. |

Good, rock solid design, decent accuracy, and the round is actually a little better than the .380, if I'm not mistaken. It covers the middle ground between the 9mm Luger and the .380, as far as ballistics goes. The only drawback to the Mak is, Walmart doesn't carry ammo for it, but you can find it online pretty cheap. |

Correct~ It's a cross, midway between the 9mm and the .380..... actually a 9x18, a tad hotter than the .380. |

I'm still looking, folks, and am willing to trade my Taurus .357 magnum for a good used Makarov (9x18 or in a .380). My Taurus is an excellent revolver and a .38/.357. I'm serious about this being a private deal, too! We can discuss whatever terms you want. |

hey Cat, you may want to consider a Bersa Thunder .380 too, they are also nice pistols. |

no, sorry, I do not, but even if I did, I'm all the way out east in WV, so it would be kind of a trek for me to sell it to ya if I did, lol. Right now my only two hand guns are a Sig P220 and my little Mak. Last weekend I traded off my RIA 1911 and a stripped AR lower for a Yugo underfolder AK, which I must say, I am very, very happy with . |
