A few months ago we changed rules from signing in every month, to at least once in a six-month period.
Some people still aren't signing in. And yet when they get their membership cancelled, we get a request for membership from them saying something like this:
I've been a member for a few years and I don't know why I can't access the board anymore.
Well, the reason is b/c you didn't sign in. It takes a second to sign in. And once in a six-month period is not too much to ask.
Please sign in. It is less work for Jeff (he does memberships) and myself (I do the sign-in board) if you sign in.
For those of you that don't sign in, we're going to be following a new policy. If your membership gets cancelled for not signing in, we'll accept your membership request to re-join. If you still don't sign in and you get cancelled, then you can't re-join. It turns into a waste of time. So please sign in.
And again, to those of you that do sign in,
It is noticed and it is appreciated.
