This is just a copy of the e-mail which was sent on August 20, 2005 to all current members of our group. 

Welcome to our group.  We are a quick growing community and we have a few new rules & regulations that we are going to implement.<o:p></o:p>

Effective September 1, 2005, we will have a Monthly Sign in page.  We ask all members sign in each month.  Each month we will start a new message thread asking a question about As The World Turns.  We invite you to share you views in our Monthly Sign In.  <o:p></o:p>

The Monthly sign in is being designed to help with the overpopulation of our group.  We have about a quarter of our members posting and the other three quarters of our group is in limbo.  <o:p></o:p>

This brings us to another topic.  If after two months you have not posted, you will need to re-join the group.  This is the only way we can control memberships here. <o:p></o:p>

As always, we will NOT tolerate spamming of any kind.  If you are caught spamming another member you will be issued a warning.  The second offense will result in a ban form our group.  We are a family here, and we wish to keep our board as it is today. <o:p></o:p>

On a final note, the Management team will be notifying you of any new & exciting changes as they come to light.  We welcome any suggestions you may have. <o:p></o:p>
