| | i know she's coming.....i keep track of who goes where..with all the groups i'm on...lol..one of the guys who's on the board...he watches GH from time to time..and i keep him informed...i'm like carly's leaving..there's going to be a recast..he's like oh no....then i said......here's the name of the new carly...lol......im' not too sure he likes the idea of robin coming back...havent' really talked about that..he likes reese..so he's not happy she's leaving..i don't really know her..havent' been watching her story..although i do know who she is......he doesn't know the new carly he doesnt' watch GL

| | | It'll sure be interesting to see Laura Wright take over Carly. She's like the fourth one. I like the original one best. I was hoping she was going to stay on As the World Turns Since she is so talented. But I admit they gave her an unpopular role with coming between Jack and Carly LOL. On GH, I was never a big Robin fan. I hated her with Jason, but I'm willing to see where the storyline goes. I really like Kelly Monaco (Sam). I'm not sure how much you are watching, but that's who Jason is with now. I'm sort of annoyed that Reese is leaving too, but I guess a lot of fans dislike the character. She came between Carly and Sonny. I guess it'll be interesting to see what happens once Laura W. shows up in town lol | | Reply
| | | I really liked Jenny's Carly, but I think Laura Wright will do a good job. I watched GL back before they ruined Danny and Michelle. I watch GH, although there are a lot of stories I ff. I don't care for Robin because she got to be so self righteous. Maybe she will be different this time though. I really like Sam and Jason. I like Reese too and am disappointed that she's leaving, but the writers totally destroyed her character when she instantly fell in love with Sonny and lost her FBI skills. It seems like Sonny and Carly fans and Ric and Alexis fans hate her, and a lot of Sonny fans don't really like her anymore. She could have been a great character. | | Reply

never saw reese...really..so..don't know...nor have i ever really seen jenn's carly......so i just know sb and tb's carly..and i'm about to know LW's carly...i guess...lol

you know i'm wondering why they went and did this story...i don't like sonny..so i won't watch any story that he's involved...with...which is sort of the whole show...i know they're sort of getting away from him..that's sort why i'm beginning to watch again...but this story.....for me, more or less it's just a rewrite....it's sonny and hannah redux.....so even if i did like sonny..i really wouldnt' have been interseted, becasue i've seen this story all before

you're so very right..that's just the way i think too....that the cbs soaps are so much better...i watch all three abc ones..and just two of the cbs ones.......and really they do a far better job...at it..
although amc is starting to pick up right now...they have this couple..i can't stand the characters..but two weeks ago..they had them marry each other on a drunk night...and they're totally cracking me up...so it's picking up pace....while the other two abc soaprs are just dragging and spinning their heels right now.......

| | | I liked Jenny's Carly too. I've liked all the Carly's, I just liked SB's the best. I agree they ruined Reese by having her fall for Sonny to hard and fast. I would have like to have the friendship between Carly and Reese renewed, but heaven forbid women on that show do anything other than fight over a man. LOL! From what I've heard GH has lost a lot of viewers lately, so hopefully they'll get their act together soon. I remember when I really couldn't stand to miss an episode. Back when Carly was married to AJ, I just had to see it every day and that just isn't that case right now. | | Reply
| | | GH loves to ruin anything that involves Sonny. I don't get why the had to go and put Reese up his tail end either. IMHO, a storyline of Sonny slowly falling for a law abiding FBI agent would've been more interesting, then having to watch her stoop to his level. I used to love SB as Carly on GH, and couldn't stand TB in the role. I think only one time did I have a moment of niceness to say..WTG TB good job today. JB is doing a great job in this crazy Carly role, but I will admit, I"m not to sad to see her go...unless Carly can be that skitzo all the time lol. I'll give the new actress a chance, and hopefully she can snap the role back into one of those "love to hate" roles, as that was what I enjoyed about the character when SB was playing her. | | Reply
| | | I have been watching GH for a long time all the way back to the Anna days and BJ's heart storyline. I watch my ATWT and GL from 1pm-3pm and my GH at 9pm on SoapNET. In my opinion JB sucked as Carly and I'm very happy to see her go. I think she did the best she could but she just wasnt right for the part of Carly. As much as I wish to have either SB or TB back as Carly which would be great. I think that LW will do a great job as the new Carly. She 's a very talented actress whos very good on GL and will do very well on GH too.For a whiles now GL has been wasting her talent. i got so sick of hearing and watching carly this and carly that....sonny this and sonny that..that, most of the past two years i've just been tuning out...watching every once in awhile just to keep up with the story..i never say JB"s carly..so i cant' commment..and i didnt' want to either.....

| | | I don't mind Sonny, but I don't think he's all that. It seems like such a huge mistake to let so much of the show revolve around one character. Maurice Bernard is always threatening to leave. Maybe that's just a contract negotiation technique though lol I wish they would bring Lucy back. But then they would want Scottie and I sort of like him on ATWT, if they can give him a decent storyline. I have a feeling the whole Lily thing is about to end. yes....marie wilson played scotty's daughter on Port charles...
she was the last of three actresses to play karen wexler.........on both shows...she was the karen that was killed in the last few months of the show....... | | |

yup..lol..that's why it would be so weird for me
i wasn't watching one life at the time...but there was this couple on there.....she was older and all that..i knew about the couple and loved both actors...but on the other soap i saw them on...the guy was involved with her daughter...so that to me was too weird...how he was with the daughter and then the mother....lol..funny thing is that the same actress played the mother to her again on all the abc soaps...before she left........

as far as i know lynn herring is looking after her two boys...i think they're like 10 and 12...and their horse ranch...they train throughbreds, i believe..her and her husband....he's working again...he just came back to days of our lives.......so...one of them's working....i think they've been married 20 years.....
i would love to see her back on GH...if they'd use her..not all too sure if i'd put her and keith together..they do make a great couple..but i think that she and the other guy she was with were made for each other instead.....

I'm loving the fact that ATWT seems to be bringing a lot of old GH talent on board. I guess there is a lot swaping of talent between soaps, but it does seem like a lot of GH people have shown up lately. I just wish Sarah Brown (Julia) had stayed longer and not come on break up Jack and Carly she was great on GH. I guess she's on a prime time show now though. theres a problem with that..
her hubby is working on the west coast...so..she has to stay and run the ranch..if lynn were to come back to soaps..it would be one that's done on the west coast.....y and r, b and b, days, gh, or passions.....to stay close to hubby and the ranch..
