Well according to People magazine it's official. Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are expecting a baby. Happy, happy, joy, joy. Sorry, millions of women do it daily and we don't make the magazines and news shows. And our faces are much prettier sometimes. Okay, sorry I am off the soap box now..... |

I was shocked by this news! I knew that Brad and Angelina were together, but I didn't think they'd rush to have a baby so soon after Brad's divorce.
I really feel for Jennifer Aniston. |

I think Jennifer Aniston must be shocked as well. I figured something was up when he petitioned to adopt her children. I was thinking...hhhhmmm, why would he do that unless 1) they were married or 2) they are expecting a baby. And she is already in her second trimester so that must have been the motivation behind that. ~~Allison |

lol...actually keep going..it's cracking me up......
in the saturday newspaper they did a section with all the babies born last year that were submitted to thier paper in toronto...and they're so adroable...if you ask me..i'd rather see them and their silly faces...some of them had the silliest faces..but that just made them all the more adorable....
then i saw a guy on the subway yesterday with one of the cities other newspapers and they had the same ones..so.....i'd rather see them
im' sorry but who's having who's baby now adays does not interest me in the least...
i heard too that her dad's trying to reconsile with her because of said baby and she wants nothing to do with it......

| I'm sick to death about this, i believe Angelina is the reason Brad and Jennifer broke up and that is so sad. Jolie seems like the type that doesn't take marriage too seriously. It's just crazy and heck, have they even finally admitted they were dating, what was the reason for that to be kept hush, hush and the news of her pregnancy was so publicized, well, after she started showing of course. What a shame, it's all a mess. |

Jolie seems like the type that doesn't take marriage too seriously Well... it wasn't ole' Angie who was married to Jen.. that was Brad (he was the one who broke vows.. not Angelina) All that aside... not that it is any of my business but in terms of persons and personalities... Angelina is other worldly to me. She uses her celebrity to help children in desparate situations..only she doesn't seemingly act philanthropically to further herself or to appear a good person.. she geniunely gives a damn about someone other than herself and it shows in her actions... I am not saying that Jennifer Aniston doesn't care about others and causes.. but Jennifer is more likely to be shopping at Barneys than handing out medicine in the Sudan. I must say I really admire Angelina and I think that she is living in a plain higher than Brad Pitt. I think (and this is my opinion) she is the one who steers the relationship and he is at this point riding her coattails. I imagine that must be a big change for Brad and hopefully he does become a deeper person and hopefully his relationship with Angelina brings them both a lot of happiness. Is it not better that everyone in the end find the person who really drives them? Maybe this is what it will take for everyone involved (including Jennifer) to find their true love. Course I am nausiated to think Jen's true love is Vince Vaughan (talk about riding coat tails... he is so out of his league!) |

Here is what I don't get...... If Brad & Jen split because of the baby thing, then WHY did he rush out and adopt children with Angelina? AND..... Why did Angelina HAVE to phone Jennifer to tell her the "good news" - yes, seems Angelina called Jenn to tell her that her & Brad were expecting a child. I'm sorry, but we are NOT in school anymore. We don't need to be 'playing' the games of 'I got what you can't have' B.S. Okay, so they are actors & have a 'status' to uphold, sheesh..... There are thousands of others out there who have baby's every day. Some of us struggle to get pregnant while others only need to think about it. some of us find out during our pregnancy that they shouldn't have gotten pregnant, and that their chances of having another one is slim to non. Others of us get preggers & nearly loose the child during the 9 months for one reason or another. But hey, that was my opinion. |

i am so with you on this..one..i dont' care who's having who's baby......if i want to see that..i'll watch a soap...lol
i hate it..oh you're not giving me a baby..guess what...i'll find someone who will..dugh..like they have nothing better to do.......and like you said.....i know i'll stick it to them like in school...hey, pass the message along.....all it's reminding me about is a real life soap....nothing more, nothing less...lol

I do admire Angelina's humanitarian work, and the fact that she uses her celebrity (such as it is) to help others less fortunate. And if she is inspiring the likes of Brad Pitt to do the same, then more power to her. (Brad seems sort of lost and adrift, in a way. Perhaps Angelina is helping to anchor him a bit more)
However, the timing of everything else (their relationship, the adoption, and the pregnancy) appears to be in rather poor taste. If I were Jen Aniston, I'd probably be a little bit bitter! (talk about your ex moving on - and quickly!).
I'm not really buying the whole Jen/Vince relationship - it seems a little forced to me.
Thank heavens for celebrities. When I think of the drama in their lives, I appreciate the ordinariness of my own. :) |
