Diane, the only thing I can think of is if you changed your email address and you're now trying to log in with the wrong address.  You're listed as a member so there's no reason why you shouldn't be getting messages.  Did you change your email address recently?

 

The managers have no way to email you b/c we don't have an email address for you.  The only thing I can recommend is if you're still having trouble, ask to re-join with another version of your nickname and then Lynn (Spudsmom) can simply delete your other membership. 

 

If anyone else has any more useful information with how to handle this, chime in.  I can't think of any other reason other than MSN is throwing their chaotic temper tantrums again.
