It was revealed this week that Brad's mom, was in the Holocaust during WW II and that she knew somethings that could get her killed and she had some paintings in her possesion. She came to America, with Brad's dad, and the killers killed his dad, sister and Aunt, thinking it was his mom. They used Brad's baseball bat and killed them, he and his mom went on the run. They hid in his best friends basement, the REAL Brad Carlton and one day, Brad and George Kaplan (aka NuBrad Carlton) went out looking for food and the old Brad was killed by a car. George Kaplan took Brad's identity, placed his mom underground and joined the Navy. Then he came to Genoa City.  Now, Sharon and JT have been kidnapped and his mom is now on the show and she, Colleen and Abby are hiding out in Hawaii!!  So, now we know that Brad name is George Kaplan, and this is really affecting his marriage to Victoria!!
