Some of us have shown interest in starting up a book club on here. If you're interested, please post in this thread and we'll take it from there.

i think that it's best that those who want to comply, to this, send e-mails to one another......i think that would be the best way

I agree with Susan, whoever wants to receive or send books should email that person........this way our email will only be available to that person and hopefully we can trust one another not to share that email address......what do you all think of her idea?

Oh! I assumed that by book club we were talking like one of us suggesting a book and then everyone who is interested, reading it at a good pace for all of us and then we can discuss it in a thread.

But I also agree that if there are some of us that want to pass books along, they should take care of the details via email and that way it isn't posted for everyone to see.

I thought I should let everybody know that if I don't recommend anything for about a month, it's because I am taking two classes right now and they both end at the end of February. I apologize about that. I am going to school right now to get my Master's degree and I am just a little bogged down right now with course work.

Hopefully, I can schedule my classes a little better next semester....

Yes! A month is perfect. Let's give it a few more days to see if there's anymore of us that are interested and then we'll recommend a good mystery/thriller from there.

I'm excited!
