The actress who played Dru has left the show. I don't know what happened there. As far as what happened with Dru and Sharon, there was something about a cliff involved and Dru ended up falling to her death and Sharon ended up in the hospital.

 

That is all I know.

I missed the whole thing too, but I do know that Dru knew about Sharon & Brad's affair.  Since Phyllis knows about the affair & was black mailing Sharon....they struggled, and Dru got caught in the cross fire.  Photo's were taken that make it look like Sharon pushed Dru off the edge.  But I don't know for sure.

 

That is all I can gather from the whole thing.  Sure wish I had seen it.

Guess I've missed a lot more than I realized.  I didn't even know that Sharon and Brad were having an affair!   Thought she was with Jack now. 

Sharon and Brad had a one night stand in NY.  Phyllis found out about it and has been blackmailing the both of them.  During a photo shoot, Phyllis kept baiting Sharon and threatened to call Jack and tell all.  Sharon grabbed for the phone and the two women started struggling.  Dru came over to aid Sharon and they all lost their balance.  Dru went over the cliff (body has not been recovered), Sharon went over the cliff but survived and Phyllis came out smelling like a rose (like always).  I'm hoping Nick finds out how Phyllis was blackmailing Sharon and taunting her at the photo shoot, causing the accident and then DUMPS HER!
