WOLE PARKS debuts as Dallas on November 14. KENNETH FRANKLIN,
the actor who has been appearing as Dallas Griffin, will be exiting the
role.

FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 30, 2007 -- SUMMARY OF THE WEEK'S EVENTS
The show is reportedly searching for a new Bonnie. WALLY
KURTH will appear briefly as Sam. Sam's story and beginning air date have
NOT yet been released. TRAVIS WOOD will take over the role of Eli King.
WOOD is the I WANNA BE A SOAP STAR 4 contestant who won the role of the
genetics expert who has a crush on Meg and helped Meg secretly test baby
Johnny's paternity.

Week of Oct 29th

Suspicious to see Carly dancing, Katie learns that Carly's doctor may have misdiagnosed a patient. Brad tries to allay Katie's suspicion.

Meanwhile, Jack sees Carly with a check in her hand (a payoff from the doctor) and wonders what is going on.

Rosanna and Paul get married.

As Meg intends to get a DNA test done to determine her baby's paternity, Rosanna hires a private eye to trail her.

Barbara agrees to pay for Sofie and Cole's baby and give it to Will and Gwen, as long as it's completely anonymous. Iris then orders Cole to convince Sofie to surrender the baby.

Paul and Rosanna get hitched, but Paul may have impregnated Craig's gal Meg. Naturally, somebody will mess with the paternity test. Holden and Lily head for divorce court. Nutty moms Barbara and Iris team up for villany.

Lily learns of Holden's meeting with another woman on Monday, November 5. Word is the other woman will be a just-returned Bonnie. "Bonnie has made some significant changes in her life and is following in her mother's footsteps," says Head Writer Jean Passanante.

Can Luke & Noah's Love Survive?
"Luke has just found someone he deeply cares about and who cares about him in return," Passanante says, "and now he finds he paralyzed below the waist. So I'd say he's not happy about it! Their relationship will evolve like that of any first lovers but with the added challenge of Luke's physical condition."

Emily's New Romance
Having fled Oakdale after finding out Dusty had slept with her sister, Emily has returned with a new attitude...and a new lover! "Emily was hurt by Dusty," Passante says. "She does not plan to get hurt by Chris. Emily is happy to be in what she hopes is a more easygoing relationship." But is that just wishful thinking?

Carly's willing to take the risk that Jack's relief she isn't dying will outweigh his anger about her lying.

Are Lily & Holden Through?
The writer promises "big stuff" for Lily and Holden as their marriage continues to fall apart, and the family drama will stretch into the holiday season. It will be a real Snyder Thanksgiving with some additions, subtractions and definitely some fireworks. And of course, the Hubbard squash.

Emily was the spoiler at Paul and Meg's non-wedding a year ago, so now it's Meg's turn to pull Paul aside before he marries Ro. Here's ATWT's Marie Wilson (Meg)with the scoop.

Weekly:When this started, did you think Meg was going to get a "who's the daddy?"storyline

MW:Uh, no (laughs)! You never know where your life is going to in Oakdale. But Craig is her escape. Paul doesn't want her, so she's like ok. I'm trying to make it work with Craig."

Weekly: Still Meg makes last ditch effort to woo Paul back on his wedding day.

MW: She begs and pleads for him to make it work one last time. She believes they have a true love and she wants to hear it from him. But she also lets him know that marrying Ro under false pretenses is going to get him in trouble down the line. She doesn't feel Ro deserves that, being in a relationship where Paul doesn't really love her. She has nothing against Ro. She understands their past together. She's just trying to speak the truth and say this is the way it is.."

Weekly:Except that she's still got Craig on the line.

MW:Well, she doesn't hate the guy. It's just a different type of love. she likes Craig a lot. He's been very supportive and a great friend to her. But, there's this passion and connection Paul and Meg hat is more like true love.

Weekly: What Meg has is a serious need for a paternity test.

MW: She just want to make sure. At the same time, she is hoping it is Paul's and that it was made in love.

Weekly: Craig want another shot at parenthood, too.
There was Johnny and Bryant and Lucy, so he wants another shot at being a better father. Since he hasn't done anything wrong in Meg's eyes,she belirves he deserves another chance. She feels she should give him that. She also believes this child should have a family-and a mother and father, because she grew up without a dad. So she craves that and wants that, to bring up a child in that environment.

Weekly: She's honestly torn between Craig and Paul?

MW: There are good qualities in both men. She just needs Paul because that's the real force that's driving her. But she's willing to make it work with Craig.

Weekly:Hopefully it won't take nine months to find out who the daddy is.
MW: You're telling me!

SOD ARTICLE OF PAUL AND ROSANNA

Paul and Rosanna are set to walk down the aisle, but pregnant Meg is certainly hoping he won't go through with it. So, she makes a final effort to slap some sense into him by summoning him to a secret rendezous.

She meets up with him at the cemetery and kind of begs him one last time to talk. She tries to convince him that basically he's lying to Rosanna and marrying her would be a big mistake", says Marie Wilson (Meg),who character points to her own bad decision as an example. She says, look at the my situation,"it's was a mistake marrying Craig and Ro sanna deserves more than that. You don't love her as much as you love me." She tries all those tactics, but they don't work."

Of course, one that might is if she just divorced Craig already. "I think Paul's hatred for Craig is so big that he just can't get over the fact Meg is still with him."

"She's just trying to let Paul know that she'll leave Craig at any minute if he can just tell her that they can make it work. She wants to know that she and Paul have a chance, Wilson says. Meg is dependent on having a man in her life.I don't like to use the word 'settle'; she's going to try to make it work.

Paul rejects that reasoning entirely and stubbornly resists Megs attempts to sway him with talk of her pregnancy, even when she asks whether he's ready to watch Craig raise his child because for Meg there's no doubt about who is the father.

"She feels that this child was created from love, so she really believes it's Paul's " says Wilson , but Paul shuts her down. He says Meg is with Craig now. She made her choice and that's that. He's hurt, so he's putting a wall up."

Rosanna overhears their entire conversation. As Meg return to Craig's, Paul asks Rosanna if she still wants to marry him. They make it to the ceremony, but who has Paul's heart?

"Paul loves Rosanna, their love predates his for Meg,"teases head writer Jean Passanante. Rosanna credits Paul with bringing her back to life and she is clinging to him. Sounds like an "I do" to us.

If Paul's the father of that baby, I'm going to scream! She slept with him on Friday and found out she's pregnant the following week. I know it's soapland but come on, we all know that the only person she could be pregnant from right now is Craig. I really hope the writers don't go there.

Allison, I can almost promise that it's going to be Paul's baby, we know that’s how soaps go...

I wish Paul would just let go of his vendetta for Craig and his supposed love for Meg and realize that Ro is where he wants to be. Enough already. I'm sick of watching Rosanna be played a fool. She is a very strong woman and I hope she finds out and drops him on his butt.

Jack arrives, sees Katie question a nurse and finds out Carly's doctor is rumored to have misdiagnosed a patient. Paul meets with Meg, who tells him she won't let him marry. Paul and Rosanna exchange vows. Rosanna intensely promises that nothing and no one will ever separate Paul and her. Emma says she has to get a DNA test to determine the paternity of her baby. I'm thinking that Meg told her "mama" about the baby and the circumstances surrounding her pregnancy. Emma then tells Meg she has to get a paternity test. To bad Emma doesn't remind her that there's no way in he>> that she can be pregnant when she's had a hysterectomy!!

I don’t remember Meg having a hysterectomy, when was this? and what was the storyline behind?? I am clueless and I've been watching for years... thanks...
