Katie steps aside as Jack gives Carly whatever she wants in her dying days.  "But Brad has always had a thing for Katie, and the opportunity to console her while Jack tends to Carly's needs is too tempting.  We will see a new side of Brad, a deeper, more sensitive aspect."
