You can't keep a bad man down . As the World Turns has cast former General Hospital fave Jon Lindstrom as Craig Montgomery, the arch-scoundrel who fled Oakdale last February after attempting murder. The actor's first airdate is Dec. 3.

Carly knows that Jack is upset that he is not on the force and they talk. It leads to Carly and Jack making love. Janet looks for Jack and he hides while Carly says she is with another man. Later Jack confesses to Janet that he slept with Carly and she lays into both Carly and Jack. Parker is upset and wants his parents to get together and stay that way or walk away from each other forever. Now they face a difficult decision. Later, Janet asks Carly to either claim Jack or step aside and let her have him.
Lily and Holden finally come to a decision about their marriage.
Emily will go to great lengths to keep Dusty.
Chris (Dylan Bruce) last airdate is October 14, and his scenes are with Bob and Kim. Allison tries to keep him from leaving town but is unsuccessful. There are no plans to recast Chris any time soon.
Lisa, (Eileen Fulton) has signed on for 2 more years and will go into her 50th year with the soap.
Margo and Dallas continue in their pursuit to get to the bottom of Dusty’s fake death. Their perseverance leads them to make a connection that involves Lucinda. Will they confront her about it? If so, does Lucinda back peddle or come clean? Speaking of Dusty, Paul and Emily team up. They conspire to prevent a Meg/Dusty pairing. Do their efforts pay off?
While on the other side of Oakdale, Jack may be off the police force, but it doesn’t stop his powers of deductive reasoning �?namely he figures Carly is helping Janet to put distance between herself and him. Is he on the right track?
At the same time, Katie gets sick to her stomach and can’t do the live episode of OAKDALE NOW. She goes home and watches the show with Liberty, horrified to see Kim has replaced her with Spencer for the day. Does she have cause to be so concerned? Shortly thereafter, Luke and Noah get bad news regarding the gay film festival at school. They learn that it drew criticism for OU. How will they react?
