An investigation regarding the election is launched because it's suspected the results were rigged. Luke begs Noah to lie, but Noah can't. He tells the truth and Luke is expelled (so is Casey). Luke blames Noah for how things went down and the boys have a number of huge fights and things look pretty bad. Jake S. says things aren't lost though, soon Luke and Noah will have things to fight for together.
Tuesday, Nov. 11th and Wednesday, Nov. 12th - Luke and Noah meet with the Dean of OU.
When Jack is called away to work, Janet has to babysit Sage. Janet suggests they play a game, which results in Sage locking Janet in a closet. Sage then slaps herself hard enough to leave a mark, calls Carly and tells her that Janet hit her.
After Sage calls Carly to tell her she locked Janet in the closet because she tried to hit her, Carly races over to get Sage and leaves Janet locked in the closet. She calls Jack and tells her to arrest Janet for child abuse. During her argument with Carly, Janet admit she hit Liberty once. Still, Jack believes Janet didn't hit Sage. But Carly tells Jack that the only way Jack can see Sage is if Janet is not around.
On Nov. 12 Barbara becomes friendly with Josie.
Nov. 13th Paul and Meg hit the sheets
Nov. 14 It's Brad's turn for a
vision ....of a ghost.

Dusty saw Josie in a dress that reminded him of Jennifer and kissed her but immediately apologized when she pulled back. After Dusty refused to accept Emily's charge that Josie is scamming him, and said that any romance between them is over, Emily told Paul they need to get rid of Josie now. Brad saw Spencer, who fled before he could catch her, then told Katie that Spencer is alive. Trying to force Janet to break her engagement, Sage lied to Carly that Janet hit her, and a furious Carly was ready to take Jack to court. Janet turned down Jack's proposal, refusing to marry if the reason is his anger at his ex-wife. After Luke and Casey told the dean the truth and were expelled, Noah accepted Luke's apology but wasn't ready to move back.
