What happens at Grandma's, stays at Grandma's! AS THE WORLD TURNS star Colleen Zenk Pinter (Barbara) and husband Mark Pinter (Agent Rayner, GENERAL HOSPITAL) should start practicing that mantra now: The couple's daughter, Siri, is expecting her first child with her television host boyfriend, Carson Daly. Siri, who works behind the scenes at Daly's late-night NBC show, LAST CALL WITH CARSON DALY, is due in early spring.

| Henry gets a book editor. Maggie Crawford will portray herself on 12/22. She is the Editorial Director and VP for Simon & Schuster. Lucinda Walsh hires Henry to investigate the disappearance of Lucy and Johnny before Craig and Dusty find them. Vienna tags along but then she goes missing too. On AS THE WORLD TURNS, while Janet and Jack celebrate their first Christmas together, the holidays remind Craig of all he's lost. Lucy and Johnny secretly return to Oakdale, even as a grateful Meg cautions Dusty that her baby can't replace Johnny and Dusty can't replace Paul. And Liberty and Parker share a Christmas kiss. Brad and Katie fight over Craig and Spencer. Brad won’t stop asking questions about them and Katie’s getting fed up. Will Katie tell Brad what he wants to know or will he have to languish in uncertainty all week?
At the same time, Paul realizes that the only way he has any chance at all is if Josie recants her statements. So what does he do? He offers Josie money to take back what she said. Does she take the bait?
Meanwhile, Luke has been unsettled ever since Brian kissed him. This week, he takes matters into his own hands when he confronts Brian about incident. Low and behold, Brian admits that he did make a pass at Luke. How will Luke behave toward Brian now?
Shortly thereafter, when Derek runs into Lily, he thinks she is Rose. He is then upset to learn that Rose is dead. Later, Lily is astounded to find out that Jade is wanted for armed robbery. Will Jade be found and arrested?

Meg goes into premature labor while trying to revive an attempted suicidal Paul. He takes some pills encourages by James' vision and loses all touches of reality. Paul is rushed to the hospital at the same time Meg is, but is not present for the birth of his child. Instead he is being treated for an overdose. Meg's baby is delivered at the hospital and Dusty is with her.
Brad overhears the whole conversation between Craig and Dani, learning that Craig was the mastermind behind the Spencer plot. Brad tells Katie and wants to tell Margo, but Katie says "no".
Brad says okay because his marriage is more important.
Bonnie and Derek run into Lily and Derek thinks Lily is Rose (the woman he was in love with years ago). Lily tells Derek how Rose died in front of Bonnie, making Derek feel uncomfortable. Lily puts things together and tells Derek he could possibly be Jade's father.

Josie spurs a troubling vision for Paul
Lucy tells Alison that Johnny needs a bone marrow transplant and convinces her to get blood samples from his relatives without revealing why. Meanwhile, Paul has a vision of Johnny in danger. Maddie's return puts Casey on the spot when it becomes clear that she wants them to get back together. Noah figures out that Luke is jealous of Maddie and assures him that Luke is all he wants. Brian calls a halt to Lucinda's attempt to make love to him. When Jade guesses the truth about Derek, Lily has to confirm her belief that Derek is Jade's father. Lucinda agrees to publish Henry's manuscript as a gift from Vienna, only to learn that another company is already publishing the book.
Janet has a secret from her past too!
Carly is there for Craig when he needs her.
