Meditation

You do not have to remember the symbols. Simply draw them in the air in front of you or physically draw them on a piece of paper before you start the meditation.

Meditation

1. Relax by breathing away all your tension. Find yourself standing by a gentle blue sea on a pebble beach. Let the warm golden sun pour over you.

2. Let roots go down from your feet and connect into the heart of Lady Gaia, the Angel in charge of the Earth.

3. Ask your Guardian Angel to enfold you and keep you calm and still. You are about to meet the mighty Archangels and accept their gifts.

4. Invoke Archangel Uriel to stand in front of you. He is holding a golden disc, which contains ancient wisdom. It is time to return this to you. Radiant rubies surround the edge of the golden disc. Open your solar plexus and allow him to place this disc in it. You are now carrying the ruby ray, linking Archangel Uriel and Aurora and the ruby kingdom.

5. Archangel Raphael is now standing in front of you. He is placing in your third eye a magnificent emerald. You are now an intermediary between Archangel Raphael, Mother Mary and the emerald kingdom.

6. Archangel Michael is standing in front of you. He places on your shoulders the deep blue cloak of strength, power and invincibility. He hands you a sword, the handle encrusted with sapphires and a shield, edged in sapphires. You are now connected to his energy and work with and for him as a protector of the weak and defenceless. Place the sword in its scabbard and the shield in a sling over your shoulder. They are available to use when you need them. You are an intermediary between Archangel Michael, Faith and the sapphire kingdom.

7. Archangel Gabriel is now purifying your aura and pouring white light onto you. In front of you is a huge diamond. Step into it. Wherever you go, travel inside the great diamond. Archangel Hope is standing by you. Rainbow lights of hope are flowing and glowing from the diamond round the world. You are now an intermediary between Archangel Gabriel, Hope and the diamond kingdom.

8. You are being given a diamond, sapphire, emerald and ruby. Hold them and command them to work for the highest good. Picture yourself placing them in your garden or in the earth near your home.

9. You are given another diamond, sapphire, emerald and ruby. Hold them and programme them to work for the highest good. Go to a sacred place or place of great beauty and plant the gems.

10. Accept from the angels another diamond, sapphire, emerald and ruby. Command them to work for the highest good. Go to a place where there is distress or strife. Plant the gems deep into the Earth.

11. Ask that these gems radiate out their mighty energy and light up all the crystals, gems and rocks within the Earth. See them sparkling with light.

12. Picture the rivers and seas washing over the glowing mineral kingdom and taking in this wonderful energy. See the fish drinking it, humans washing in it and drinking it.

13. Picture the entire planet and all life forms beaming with light, love and joy, treating each other with respect and kindness.

14. Be aware of the angels singing over you as they rejoice.

15. Open your eyes and stretch, knowing that you have added to the light in the world.

Hi Gem this is a great meditation and coincides with a conversation in chat a few nights ago Programming crystals.May I ask what these symbols represent ?

I love Angel meditations, I shall definately try this one.

I came across this, and wasn't sure which board to put it on, and it seems apt to post here, so I hope it's ok. It seems good for those who have trouble meditating for whatever reason, but does require a degree of self discipline!

How to Contact Your Guardian Angels

There are times it would be nice to talk to your guardian angels on a first name basis. You wish to find out the name of your angel? There are many ways. For those interested, here's some information for you:

Preparation to be most receptive and intuitive:

1.Fast for 24 hours:
24 hour purification - abstain from certain activities, (like sex) minimal intake of addictive and stimulating beverage, spicy foods, and meat.. This is to calm down the nervous and energetic circuit.

2. Write down all the consonants in separate pieces of paper, or little square cards- if you have a scrabble set,the alphabets are ideal.

3. Place the pieces of paper in a bag, preferably a cloth bag

4. Light a white candle, burn some incense, frankincense is recommended, use copal or myrrh as substitute.

5. Centre yourself: do some grounding, then get centred. State your intention, as in a prayer

�?.Dear Divine Angel who has alway been my protector, guide and ally. Please guide me to draw the letters that spell your Holy name, so that I may write it upon my heart and honour you as the friend that you are When I call your name, please be with me And show me so I can clearly see the path of light and love.

6. Take a letter from the bag, write it down on blank paper

7. Return the paper into the bag, shake the bag, take another letter.Repeat till you have three or four letters, write done in the order of picking

8. Let your higher self guide you as to how many to draw.

9. Now you have the letters- at the end add the letters EL.

10. Example: Add whatever vowels feel right for you

Example: you draw: M D R add el thus you have M D R EL fill in the vowels that feel right to you.

11. Seems irrational but this is trusting a higher power, or your guardian angels to guide you till you find the vowels that sound right to you to make up the name. Most angel names end in EL
